We’re an easy drive from Austin,
San Antonio, Waco, Houston, and College
Station. We’re about 45 min.
east of Austin, off Highway 290.

It’s new, it’s clean, it’s
state-of-the-art. We buy new student
equipment and replace our current
equipment before it’s worn out.
That way, you get more reliable performance,
longer canopy rides, and softer landings.
(Compare the "hang time"
of our student parachutes with that
at other centers!) All equipment surpasses
the exacting safety standards of the
US Parachute Association and the Parachute
Industry Association

At Texas Skydiving Center, you work
to your limit, safely. Because the
staff is so highly skilled, we can
teach you as fast as you can learn.
You progress to the next level based
upon your performance- not a set scheduled
number of jumps.
Many skydivers graduate our programs
with fewer jumps than those who trained
more traditionally, yet our graduates
are often better flyers and safer
skydivers.

We have the newest, best-maintained aircraft,
including 2 Cessna 182 wide-bodies and a
frequent larger turbine aircraft that takes us
up to 13,500 feet for higher jumps and more
freefall time!

Austin Skydiving Center is affiliated
with Skydive University, a rigorous
program of "post-graduate"
work for skydiving instructors. It
only takes a basic USPA instructor
rating to train students--but many
of our staff continue their training
and go on to earn Skydive University
Coach ratings.
